Yeah I’ve been saying it for a while.
QLD legend, has an aura, heaps of experience.
Not sure he’d survive or even by in to a Madge style workload though Sticky is probably the closest thing to Madge from an emotional level.
If you could land him a Taupau type deal
Edit: wow he only just turned 33. I thought he may be in his late 40s by now
I've heard that the role he is in now is one people just don't quit. I'd love this to be wrong.
But Donaghy isn't really that bad when you put him next to Paul White.
Would prefer Riki being the one pushed out.Tele article this morning by Travis Meyn stating Broncos won’t stand in Piakura's way if he wants to leave the club.

But we still keep Riki, go figure. Piakura has been shuffled around, started to show signs of life and then got shuffled around again and can now leave? Thanks Maguire.
Would make me happier if it said Broncos won’t stand in anyone's way if they want to leaveTele article this morning by Travis Meyn stating Broncos won’t stand in Piakura's way if he wants to leave the club.
Classic BHQ.
People have been whinging about Piakura and the money he's on for years on here.
Then when there is a "report" he may leave, the complaints about that start.
If Piakura is one of those players that doesn't suit Madge's style, then he should absolutely look elsewhere (as Ikin suggests)
If storm get interested then broncos should know they ****ed up.As much as Piakura can be completely clueless and unaware, he has undeniable talent. He's been very unlucky and while a lot of blame should rightfully fall to him, I feel like his lack of development is at least partially the club's fault too. Surely it's not hard to build a system where a talented second rower receives quality ball in attacking opportunities semi-frequently. Look at Fitzgibbon (average at best 2RF) playing inside Ponga during his first few seasons at the Knights.
Unfortunately, wouldn't be surprised at all to see Piakura go to a team with exceptional structure and well-defined roles within a solid system and become one of the top attacking second rowers in the game. We don't seem to be using him properly. Reynolds should be having a field day having someone like Piakura running lines off his hip.
Yep. I watch way more MMA than footy these days. Have barely watched a Broncos game over the past 6 or so weeks (and glad I've missed them). I only remembered Origin was on about an hour before kickoff and ended up getting bored after half time and just had it on in the background while doing other things.
I was going to say minger but thought that was too harsh**** me, I haven't seen or heard the term 'munter' used since my school days.
Bring it back.
