If we haven't already got Barnett to sign and the Warriors are playing hard ball, pivot to Leota. He'd be an amazing get.

The Warriors have said they aren't playing hardball and they will definitely release Barnett. The deal will go through. I am sure there will be something worked out about a player flowing the other way at some stage. I don't see the Pivot to Leota happening but agree he is a solid player.
 
Small sample size, but if Shiba is leaving (and I wouldn't be upset) I really don't want Anderson going to Wahs. Anderson looked really solid when he played and seemed safe under a high ball which we need in spades.

I want Barnett, but I hope we're very picky on who we are willing to send to the Wahs if that is still going to be part of any deal.

Really like what I saw from Duffy the other night.
Would like to how he goes with Walsh and a in form Mam and abit of time building combinations.
I hope all our eggs aren't in the Pezet basket and Tom gets a good shot.
To me he's alot more likeable as our future 7 over Pezet.

This is exactly where I sit. I'm not sold on Pezet just yet. I get the feeling we jumped a bit early on him.

Agreed. And I'm not going to lie, I'd prefer us to pick Queenslanders when we can. There's just a better chance of them sticking around long-term. While I think there's a very good chance Kotoni will be a one-club player, there's always the lure of returning back to NSW with all of the Sydney clubs an option. Sometimes that's just a money move, but often people - like Payne - want to be where family is (fair enough, family over footy).

And yes, I realise we just won a Premiership with the NSW coach and our captain and half our senior leadership group all Blues.

Pezet is signed to play #7 on the right side and be 1st receiver .
ATM he`s on the left and playing running half .

I don`t really agree this is setting him up to play #7 at the Broncos .

Dont be silly it doesn't matter how low our stocks are getting especially in the forwards we arent putting our hands up for anyone.
 
Bai is like the perfect prototype forward for how league is currently. Perfect size and speed/mobility. He's smart to have only signed until 28 on his recent deal, he'll be a very wanted player.
