Its entirely plausible the playing group is off madge. Maybe he is driving them harder to try and back up last year and they're not having it.
Its also not uncommon for players after they've hung them up to look back and go yeah I didn't get on with the coach but he got the best out of me and it was the most successful period of my career.
Its hard being a coach. You're not their mate and if you try to be you'll be gone and they won't give a shit. I think its probably a case of some of the group are off him but injuries have just decimated us to the point that everything is snowballing. Winning cures a lot of ills and we just cant get a roll on, which is compounding everything else.

If the club has seriously offered Leluia a contract for next year then sack Maguire immediately and move on or we will be back in the seibold doldrums years in no time with a pea heart like that at our club

I mean I also am not a fan of it at all in terms of who he is but at least they are finally someone that is a second rower if so.
