The Roosters players were off Robbo at one stage there.

He signed a 6 year deal at Wigan and i dont think it runs out until 2030, and he said he wants to stay and emulate Liam Farrell. I just cant see him leaving for a long time sadly.

They said the same thing last year about the players being off him yet that was shown to be false.

Why is it that the media who have been caught lying countless times are never assumed to be lying? It’s like the say something without proof and everyone just says “well there’s too much smoke it must be true” when they are the ones making the smoke.

Because Madge was the best coach that NSW had in ages and he left them to go to the Broncos. Add to that it lost their mate Kevvie his job so there is plenty of motivation there.
 
Warriors, Storm and everyone else whose salary caps look full still making plays before June 30 while we sit on our asses.

Apparently we have a full roster of 30, so we'd have to be able to convince someone to leave (and a club to take them) before we could make any player movements mid season

Te Kura, Haas, any of the people leaving us next year. Have we applied for anything regarding Jensen or just continuing to get ****ed by random bullshit this year?

Who is going to keep them accountable when they're all in on it?

The casual fans out there aren't keeping track of what they say... it's just "oooo negative broncos story ::click::"...

Then in their head it's probably like "yeah I guess they are playing pretty shit this year so maybe they will sack Madge... if they do I hope NSW sign him as origin coach again... that would be great"... not realising the contradiction that apparent shit broncos coach would be a great NSW origin coach.

The brain of the common Sydney fan doesn't connect dots that far.
 
Looking at the squads on the Broncos website, it looks like we have added some real list cloggers in:
- Tawha (from last season)
- Talty (from last season and massively regressed)
- Bradley
- Piki
- Gosiewski (extended into this season)
- Junt (extended into this season but the coach never picks him anyway)
- Te Kura (is off chasing his own dreams while we pay for him to do it because we are just such nice guys)
- Hoeter (I think he's back but has been long term injured so unpickable)
- Arthars (has completely checked out and is totally useless)

So that is 9 blokes on our list who are going terribly or are unpickable or about 25% of our squad.

Now, we've also added:
- Poates
- Bukowski
- Verhoeven

Which is great for our future development, if they hang around but also means its another three guys you can't count on.

So we have basically 12 blokes (or just under 30% of the squad) who are unpickable but are being picked out of desperation.

You're forgetting about Bhunt.

He was lined up as hooker/lock coming into this season, but he doesn't want to play there and it's shown at times this year.

My opinion is that if they players are off the coach, then let them go and bring in players without egos that are prepared to work hard for the coach. It's these players that got Kevvie sacked and in my opinion are trying the same shit with Madge.

He was also offered $600K by the Titans and he didn't even respond to that offer. If he wants out, it probably isn't a Madge thing, it is a lifestyle thing. He could plod along for the next three years in south east Queensland or he could plod along in France and see the sights whilst getting paid Euros. I know where I'd rather plod along...
