Do broncos train on Mondays? And what time do they normally train?

I know they do train on Monday morning but I don't know the exact times. That's when the journos turn up sniffing out changes to the team list before it's announced.

I've seen them file before 10am, and even before 9am, so if you're hoping to see them I'd get there fairly early.
