Soft try in the end to Kingston, oh well lets hope Ivan and the boys learn from this game and continue to improve.. Our Bubble was bound to burst just a shame it had to be in front of our home crowd again..Poor display from our boys but with every game we will learn what we have really got...

Players aren't machines fellas ... energy levels, motivation ect fluctuates week to week and five straight wins is about the extent that any team in this comp can bring it imo ....

As disappointing some of the ref decisions have been tonight the truth is we still didn't deserve to win, we made costly mistakes and Panthers were the better side, this shows us we may have done well to turn things around but we still have improvement needed. Bottomline for me is I'm not going to hang myself over this, just learn from it boys thats all I want.

Just a shame the lose was in front of our home crowd and against a team we would beat 9 times out of 10 IMO. Oh well bring on next week I say.

He's a dragons fan - you should hear him when they're playing, he doesn't commentate, he barracks. His love for NSW is also evident in SOO commentary - the relative excitement levels when things are going good for NSW as opposed to Qld, thing is he hasn't had much to get excited about this year hahaha! And yes I get the feeling he also tends to like whoever's playing the Broncos.

Despite all that I still like the ABC far better than the Ch9 clowns led by Ray "blind as a bat" Warren, who has admitted he regularly needs a nudge from Sterlo these days to help him call which player is which. Warren Ryan brings a tremendous sense of balance and sanity to the ABC when he's on.

With such a young inexperienced team, a let down was inevitable, as it is extremely hard to be up every week in this comp. Unfortunately the loss means we are probably going to be out of the eight.

Don't think that's such a bad loss, the most annoying part is that the Panthers showed very little in winning. Repeat any of our performances from the past 5 weeks and we would've thumped them.


That no try early in the first half was a disgrace.

Such a let down after Wednesday. It's hard to say how the result would've been different if Badger weren't so incompetent, but it was pretty clear the Panthers were running a lot harder and tackling in bigger numbers than we were and probably deserved the win more than we did.

Lockyer was poor, but it's hardly surprising when our pack was outmuscled so thoroughly and that he's always struggled to string together more than 4-5 weeks of great football together. Hopefully he, along with the rest of the boys, are back to their best next week.
