What is doing with them???? Pretty decent player at the club but can't seem to get a win. Surely kev Moore has to go

It's a hard one and the players do come across as respecting Moore so for that reason i wouldn't be quick to sack him. But at the same time the board SHOULD know better, they SHOULD see for themselves if the players support him when they look out their office window and watch them train so if the board feel he has support and can grow, keep him on.
At the same time however, when a club is going so **** where do you start when it comes to cleaning the club up? The Coach is always the easy option not just for the fans but the players. Why blame yourself when bagging the coach will pass as an excuse?

Agree with Rock. They have a **** roster especially in the forwards. Just need some decent recruitment

Form at the start of the year is meaningless. Most teams are still developing their games. Ask the Lions of 2010

The Doggies have been so up and down since 04 it's not even funny. Honestly they used to be such a powerhouse... they've lost their fear factor... I don't think any team fears playing them anymore... when I say fear I mean back then when you played the dogs you knew you were in for a decent game.
Which sort of makes me think... maybe SHIFTY was very much maligned. I mean, I never rated him but his kicking game alone gave them so much success... at the end of the day, that alone does so much for the team. (aka D Locky in Origin the past few series)

I think the dogs started their decline into the slime when they stopped breeding players and started trying to buy them. Went away from their success.
Of course you could say they are still paying the price for being MF cheaters.

Well when a certain bulldogs player slept with Shifty's misses he never recovered and neither did the Bulldogs really, up and down since their premiership days.

Shifty was a huge reason for their success. I'm not saying that single incident is why they never recovered, I'm saying since then they've never really recovered, inconsistent and rarely if ever play 80 minutes of footy. A lot of different reasons for why but that was basically a starting point in their downfall.
That being said they could turn around and start winning like teams always seem to do when there is a head coach change.
Steve Georgallis could be their head coach next year.

They were kind of forced into it though. The Roosters pinched Mason and Myles off them and then Sonny Bill left. Then they were forced to release Reni Maitua as well. The first point probably serves them right for cheating the cap, but no doubt the SBW thing and then Maitua had an effect -- they were just about their two best players.

Yeah he was, ever since that happened he never got to his best again.
And yes all the players leaving certainly had a huge effect, they don't have any culture any more, pretty much everyone in their team are bought from other clubs, no pride for the jersey and so on.
That's what I love about our club, always breeding our own players and it's so much sweeter supporting your own.
