The sooner we punt these idiots and get in some leadership the better. Reynolds will make a massive difference in terms of leadership but he needs help. The only guys we currently have showing any leadership we are apparently trying to get rid of or are low wages journeymen who most likely won’t be in the side next year. Our current captain is just not a leader, he’s there by default.
