Easiest way to Brookie

Could someone help out here please?
Suggestions please on the easiest and possibly the quickest way to get to Brookie oval from the City.
Was taking the ferry and then hoping for a bus. Would that be the way to go?


















































































































































































































































No not going to see Manly play but just in Sydney and the Panthers will be playing out there.Chance to get to a game at Brookie just to see what it is like.

Easiest and quickest is probably a bus from the Wynyard all the way there. There are a few express routes that should take about 40min. You could take the ferry though, it would be nicer but colder.

Go to http://www.131500.com.au and in the trip planner put from "Wynyard" to "Brookvale Oval" (landmark), then the time and date, and it will give you a few options. If you want to find a bus from the ferry then type in from "Manly Ferry Wharf".

Getting to Brookvale from the city on any kind of public transport will take you ages, whether it's just the bus from the city or a ferry to Manly and then a bus.

You're really not missing anything if you don't go, it's a fairly ordinary ground.

I lived at Dee Why and worked at the Brookie Rex but that was some time ago so things have changed and she is going down for work and the ferry thing was all I could come up with.
May change plans then if it takes too long.
