And Hojlund off for Amad instead of coming on for Antony..

The top one was a penalty, the second wasn't which would have given United a penalty at the death against Burnley.

Diabolical.

In saying that, absolutely no excuses for United against Burnley. They had plenty of chances to score more goals, their finishing wasn't good enough. The play that led to Burnley's penalty, it was madness. Onana did not need to do what he did. After not getting penalized for the same against Wolves earlier in the season, he was always going to be penalized the next time he did it.

Near impossible to give that one on the bottom, can't tell the proximity of his arm to his body. At least not from that angle.

Interesting NLD.

Arsenal cruising until Raya decided to gift a goal and get the crowd back for Spurs.

Tell you what, if Forest's finishing was better, I think they get a draw against City. City were a bit vulnerable at the back. Forest had some golden chances in that game.

If Arsenal can keep winning and keep the pressure on, that could be enough for City to eventually drop points.

Don't get the hopes up lol

Looks like McTominay is out for 6 months.

There goes any chance of selling him in the next transfer window. ***** sake.

Haha trust me it doesn't work like that :rofl

I can't say their name but they have been their bogey team for quite some time. So hope springs eternal.

Damn I didn't hit reply in the above post. Sorry. That was for Santa Re: can anyone beat city.

Good news that Scott McTominay has been cleared of a serious injury so he'll be fit before season's end and we will be able to sell him off in the next transfer window. No chance any club would have bought him if it was bad as originally feared.

In other good news, Martinez is back training. We have sorely missed him at the back.

Luke Shaw expecting to return against Arsenal. Him being out has affected Rashford a bit.

Sancho has been killing it at Dortmund.

It's amazing what happens when you're playing in a side that's not full of dumb players. Because of how well he's playing, Dortmund want to keep him when the loan deal expires. That's good for us. We'll be able to get more for him than what we would have got when we tried to sell him earlier. We'll still have to take a loss on what we paid for him, though.

Absolutely agree that Sancho has played well, and also that stats aren't everything, but he still isn't really firing in terms of G/A for a winger. Again, I'm not saying he isn't better than what we have, just the way the media are carrying on you'd expect a G/A a game.

Its also skewed because of just how ordinary he was at United. A 7 is a huge improvement on what he was dishing up at United.

In a much weaker team, also playing on a wing, you could argue Mason has had a bigger impact. But it's Greenwood so people don't wanna talk about it.

On McSauce, I can't see the club selling. If they turned down whatever they did last summer from West Ham I think it was, they just aren't going to sell him. If he agrees that his position is bench and cups, he isnt really the problem. Playing him as sole CDM is the problem.

If he's willing to accept a bench role and willing to accept that he isn't going to play every game, I would be fine with keeping him.

He's a handy player to have if the game is all level or you're down a goal in the last 20 minutes and you need to bring someone on that can bring energy and can score goals. He's shown he's good at that, especially against Brentford at Old Trafford. I would just hope in that situation, we make sure we have players on that can control the midfield because he's shit at that.

Problem is I don't see him accepting that.

I think they want to sell him, but they wanted too much to make it happen. I'm hoping with the change in staff in the football department, a deal can be made.
