Do you guys cop a barrage of "ha ha" type texts, phone calls when the Broncos lose? I have had a constant stream and it is really pissing me off. A good friend of ours is an Eels fan, we have an unspoken ettiquette, no one texts/calls the other to rub it in when their team loses. It works well. I'm already unhappy about this loss and don't need others rubbing it in IYKWIM?? I don't send "haha" kinda texts when other teams lose, cos I don't like it myself, so I'm pissed that I've copped it tonight. Do you think it's because lots of people hate the Broncos or is it just because anyone who doesn't support the Broncos is a d***head?? [icon_lol1. [icon_razz1

people are use to the Broncos as a winning team, which they hate. the eels can lose 10 in a row but when the Broncs lose 1 they think they have the right to say how crap the team is.

i agree. i think u should do all the shit talking before the game, but leave it alone afterwards

I know very few people who actually follow league closely, so I generally only get those messages after origin games when everyone jumps on the blues bandwagon. They don't bother me too much, but if I got them more often I'd definitely get over it.

Most of my mates love seeing the Broncos lose and let me know all about it, because their teams generally can't remember their last premiership. Fk em imo.

The only time i get them is usually Cowboys matches, I give it to them aswell, so it doesnt bother me... although its about 6 on 1 which sucks.... And if Broncos win against the cowboys, and lose in the next couple weeks i usually know it about it... haha i sometimes give it when the cowboys embarrasingly lose, it got a bit boring last year though.

I hear that, I watch the games usually with 2 mates an Eels supporter and a Storm supporter. What I find is that nothing the Broncos do is any good, they always complain about just about every aspect of the Broncos play and your right, not a word tonight when the Eels lost, just "oh well we are not playing well". Really pisses me off as well!!!

Most of my friends are Broncos supporters so I don't really get them. What I do hate though is that you have people that are aquaintances/randoms that know or realise that you like the Broncos and if you happen to see them after a loss its all like "What going on with those Broncos eh??? Can't win a game if they tried. Not like the old days. They're all too big for their boots I say....". Omg. I just stare at them with no response. Not many of those people ever say anything when they win.

Agree or they change teams year to year , I have a mate who supported the Eels at highschool , he was a Manly fan last year and this year he loves the Dragons.

Coxy has no etiquette at the game, when I sat near him his man-crush on Danny Nutley ruined the experience for me. He did not stop praising Nutley regardless of the fact he didn't do anything good or that he was playing for the opposition.
