I feel like the sample sizes make it hard to claim that as a fact.

The sharks game on sunday this year. Played shithouse first half cause the sun was out but in the second half when it was starting to get dark, they were lifting

So, apparently the Broncos were expecting to play on the Sunday.. And they thought they were, but NRL changed their minds.

*****.

Would have loved a Sunday arvo final at Suncorp.

broncos aside, if they had put us on sunday, it would have meant Panthers or Raiders (whoever they put on the friday night) would have had to play on a 5 day turn around.

its actually tbhe most fairest it could have been to all teams, the way they have laid it out.

Bulldogs on Sunday. Is Will Hopoate going to play Sunday finals?

Even if Bulldogs make the GF, he won't play. He has confirmed that.

It's even crazier that he thinks there is a chance the Bulldogs will make the finals.

You never know anything can happen, the Bulldogs came from nowhere to make the grand final just 2 years ago when nobody gave them any chance at all.

I will be very surprised if it did happen though

Pretty crazy how religion does that

Fucked if I know how that works? Surley his contract States that he is to play unless unfit I.e injured or sick.... Like any other job. If a persons religious belief inhibits their ability to do the required hours/days then isnt the club able to say "catch ya"? I know that they can't discriminate but that's a pretty big thing

I'd imagine it cost him some money off his potential earnings.

How so?

He clearly negotiated it when he signed the deal, both parties agreed to the contract. It's simple. Is it any different from players who miss a few games a year through injury?

If you didn't get the NRL email, the password is NRLBRONCOS (same goes for every other club).

Thinking of going to the game just need to find some transport to brissy. Should be a ripper of a game.

Sunshine Coast, will probs take train

Well, I'm driving in. So if you want, you can stop at Caboolture and I'll drive you to the game and back to the train station. Up to you.

That goes for anyone on the northside.
