Got 4 tix in our usual section (336). Couldn't get them online. Tried ringing. Phone too busy. So walked to ticket office at Central Station, and then rang at the same time until I got on hold. Phone answered when I was next in the queue at the ticket office...phone did the job.
Cat 1 was already sold out (at least for 4 tickets).

I can understand that they wouldn't open the 7** stands until the lower tiers are close to selling out, but any 3**, 5** or 6** should be made available to chose from.

Yep. Particularly with Cat 3 which could be behind posts or in corners. Most people have a preference for one or the other. We love the view from the corners, so that's what we wanted. Online only gave me behind the posts as an option.
