bit worried when he threw that speccy to Pearson on the 10m haha, still, so solid, chipping in everywhere required, inspirational really. might need it if Parker continues to struggle (understandably, like all the forwards)

I have to say, this is an absolutely cracking game of footy so far.

when these 2 teams go at it, they really show rugby league at it's best and show everyone how the game should be played

Boyd has been our best player this first half.

The performance of a true leader.

Word. He's been great. Last few weeks he's been murdering it for easy metres out if dummy half, kick returns and now he works the sweeping play.

Macca has been quite good also, aside from that shanked kicks.

A shame Opacic juggled that ball our last raid. Takes it clean and he's over.

Cowboys have botched a couple. We are in no way out of the woods. We need to come out with the same intensity second half because they will come out swinging. Believe that.

We have some tough boys in this team. Opacic and Gillett aren't shirking despite them have stuffed shoulders. Problem is we are carrying them a bit but can't fault their effort at all, any of the boys in fact.

Thaiday has been huge, pump him full of orange quaters at half time, He will need it.

Very impressed with the first half. We are controlling the pace of the game, hitting hard through the middle and have been causing problems in attack.

We need to keep this up as the Cowboys will get a talking to from Green, they probably would've had 2 tries if they were able to connect.

I think so, and I'm surprised. Normally he hits a wall and goes off, but he was the only forward making metres for them in the last 15 minutes.

Hopefully though it means he won't have that sting that he brings in the last 20 minutes.
