He played a part sure, but no more than the individual players and the board.
Seibold was a scapegoat as the club had to blame someone.

They should never have ruined the team in the first place. You can't handwave away their almost malicious incompetence by saying "oh but hot Karl and my bestest buddy Paul White, CEO of my heart, fucked things up so badly they can't be unfucked then when it was far too late got rid of the coach, so what more do you want?", those clowns deserve to be tarred and feathered, eternally vilified by any and all true Broncos fans.

Think they got the right guy. Responsibility always falls on the coach. I remember they punted WB because they weren't happy with the DIRECTION of the club, how'd that pan out ? I agree blame should be shared but plenty of the players tried their guts out. The blame for this spoon MUST rest on the board who chose to ditch WB. This is where that decision brought us to. Stone motherless last.
