When i was young, I used to run up Mt. Cootha and back from the foothills in The Gap. We would also push our bmx bikes up there and have no fear of riding them back down. My advice to Madge is to do the same and talk to players about fitness and not painting their fingernails and having man bags. Go the broncos

It will be great seeing a more strict and full on coach, to get the Broncos boys back in line and fully fit. Cobbo especially needs a big kick up the back side and he's fitness back on track to show he's true abilities.

Anybody else think how strange it is Reynolds saying 'now' that the players are going to be shocked about how hard the preseason is going to be under Madge.
Does this not tell us everything about Walter's coaching ability or lack off, and that our fitness levels have been subpar when it comes to the other top NRL teams like Storm and Panthers. Maybe explains why we capitulated so badly in the backend of the Grand Final.

Quite possibly mate. But regardless of whatever fitness program Kev did or did not put the players through, it would be a relaxing walk in the park compared to what Madge is about to inflict on them. The pleading for mercy from many of the players will be heard from miles away hehe.

There will be no questions come the end of next season about whether your players were fit enough. That, you can be sure of.
