Were Tuqiri and Chambers available?

I believe so, but you'd be kidding yourself if you'd think they'd be any better in these conditions.

Chambers has one sole dead rubber to his name where he looked dusty in his positioning.

Tuqiri was past it 4 years ago at this level.
