Sounds like Bird is looking at playing centre with the backrow talent we have. TPJ/ McGuire (depending on whether or not TPJ can handle 60odd mins on the field, and Haas' development) at lock with Fifita looks the goods.

Bird can get his hands on the ball more by switching with Boyd in attack.

I know we are paying bird quite alot of money, but i hope he does play centre if we dont get Opacic to play there.
