Can go a few ways
1. It won’t matter, and Hayley is part of a premiership side - and arguably after last year deserves it before she retires (she’s 33)
2. It will blow up on him and the pack underperforms, missing that extra forward
3. We cop an injury or two and we can activate the 18th player, depending on the circumstances, or we just need fullback cover and Prince looks like a genius.
I can also understand not putting a rookie in like Hicks in front of a big crowd in a big game. Sauaso is already there as a rookie but she’s a different level at this point of their careers

She’s agreed to play on next year, could go either way if we win though
She either retires or plays on hoping for a second.
Will be big changes in the halves if she does with Gayle leaving as well

Still need another half, unless we run Maddick at 6 or go all in on Adams who has only played 3 games and only one this year for 9 minutes.
Not saying she can’t do it but to go from Gayle and Ali to a rookie half + someone else will be a huge whiplash
