They cant tell whether its actually bad or just looks like shit. Ali stayed down like she was knocked out. Eyes closed. Obviously she was playing it up to waste time but if thats how she had to come off.

Again, doesnt matter what Ali did. And she should have come off. That has no bearing on why there was no HIA on the rorters players who smashed their heads together. The impact was clearly way harder.
