If we don't win the GF this year, then he should be allowed one more chance the following year (2016)

After that, win, lose or draw..... he should be shown the door.

I'm happy with that. Both him and Parker will see that they probably won't find a better chance to end it if we win the Premiership.

Well that's that then. I dearly hope he gets to go out on his own terms fully by winning a premiership and the rest of the team will know it too. Let that be their hunger

That will light a fire under Glenn and Kahu. One of the club's greatest is sacrificing himself to keep them here, so they've got a hell of a lot of responsibility to make that sacrifice worthwhile.

If knowing your captain is retiring at seasons end doesn't fire you up even more, then nothing will.
