Talking about the contentious no try decision against Manly last night, when Lyon was ruled to knock on, Fittler came out with this pearl:

"He touched it one meter before the line, and picked it one meter behind the line, that's 3 meters back" [eusa_doh [icon_drun [icon_lol1.

It was a knock back. Watch where his position is before the line and then he picks it back up behind the line or just before it. His body however does make it look forward as he travels behind the ball to regather. Again though it is one of those calls that can really go either way but I thought they got it wrong after originally thinking it was a knock on, Fitlers statement is wrong though by about 2m's.

You're a souffs fan, so I'll explain it slowly:
Yes, he knocked the ball back and touched it 1 meter before the line, recovering it 1 meter after the line. 1+1=2 not 3! Maths really doesn't come any easier than that! [icon_shru

**** off smart ass. My maths is fine. I don't feel the ball went back 2 metres as he was trying to claim. I feel it went just over 1 metre and that is why his maths is wrong by 2 metres (as that is the difference between the final answer he came up with, which was 3). But hey I am just a dumb Souths fan who knows nothing about rugby league and now maths

Jeez, way to miss the point. You might want to brush up on your sense of irony/sarcasm mate...
Here's another for practice:
"Dumb souffs fan who knows nothing about rugby league"= redundant

Souths fans aren't the best at maths because for the past decade rarely have they had to count past 10 to work out their teams score, which they can conveniently do on their hands. Unfortunately though some of their fans can only count to 8 using their hands, but they are still ok most weeks too.
