OFFICIAL Isaako released to Titans

Carrigan is like a budget Lodge, not as good ball skills though, Asiata is what you call a Modern Lock, Pseudo Half that can play the middle.

Because Asiata tends to pass alot more then a typical forward often at the line so he is never going to make the meters a typical Prop would.

I don't see many people that rate Carrigan but I guarantee his team mates do.

Makes good metres every game and plays big minutes, he won't bust the line or create a try but you need these hard nosed no nonsense style of players to do the business every week.

Then why did we let Jai Arrow go?

Then why did we let Jai Arrow go?

because we got Carrigan for less money to essentially do the same job.

p.s. we didn't let him go, we just didn't get into a bidding war for his services with the Gold Coast. now he's an 800k bench player at Souths

You must be new here, that is how the Titans run their business.

They see promising young forwards at Brisbane and throw the bank at them.

This and for example if we had of offered say Fifita the sort of money the Titans ended up throwing at him(and we still offered him a more then fair deal) they would have said how stupid we were for doing so when we need quality in the spine.

At the time it felt like a really bad loss and earlier in the season when he was tearing it up it seemed like a bad loss but as things go on I am seeing he's not the complete forward.

He barrels blokes out of the way to score impressive tries but he's nowhere to be seen when his team is under all sorts of pressure and can't get down the field, at 1.2m a year you probably need to see him a bit more in the middle third.

Love to know what The Don thinks but; i think Fifita is taking the piss at the Gold Coast...

We know he isnt a effort player....but pretty much what i saw in Origin the other night sums him up.

Munster ran the ball on the last to the left and got Fifita into a gap. Munster supported and was "unmarked" on the inside.....what did big Dave do...

Didnt look left, didnt look right.....Put a grubber through to no-one but the NSW fullback...

And he does this all....the....time....

He isnt living up to his contract....at least up to now....

Yeah Fifita has flopped at the Goldcoast so far. Scored themselves another Taylor; Ash or Dave take you pick.

Goldcoast is where good talent goes to be lazy.
