Are we about to see him explode and recapture his 2015 form?

Scoring 3 tries in 4 games, he has looked more committed this year to get involved and try to break the defensive line. He has also been more committed in defence, constantly swamping Croker to stop him from getting room to move.

I'm happy with his progress so far and I think when we can finally work out our attack, he will explode.

I'm just happy sitting here and loving his curls

He has been average. Whether it is our structure or he just turned shit, the Titans standard of roberts has been well above what he is giving us.

Yep he is going to just obliterate teams once we work our attack out. His attitude is so good now and he is giving 110% every game.

Even his cover defense tonight was outstanding, he is just so fast. I agree with you, when he hits his peak, he will be a try a game merchant.

If he got the kind of ball Hodges got we would be a lot better off.

My memory could be playing tricks, but the impression I have is that Hodges was often starved of quality ball and usually had to create his own opportunities out of dummy half, pushing McCullough to the side whenever the Broncos earned a quick play the ball.

It seems like an area the Broncos have been struggling in ever since Lockyer retired.

Yeah he looks really good. Shame he never gets the ball.

You're not wrong @Big Pete, maybe Reed on the other side is a better example - that stretch of games in the middle of 2015 he looked like a world beater.

He might be my favourite individual player of the season so far, whilst he has made his errors, he's been 100% committed every night and looks dangerous every single run, really enjoy watching him play. Hopefully he builds on it.

I'm loving his defence too. Anyone know how many missed tackles he's made?

Round 4 - 8 made, 0 missed
Round 3 - 10 made, 3 missed
Round 2 - 15 made, 0 missed
Round 1 - 13 made, 1 missed

Definite improvement.

He seems to be really making an effort to 'dominate' the tackle and therefore slow down the play the ball, too.

Rubbish. He just looked better there comparatively because he had far less quality around him.

He has been excellent for us this year so far and when our attack starts clicking, he will cash in big time, with this level of effort.

Great to see from him. Could easily have gone the other way, but attests well to his character that he is seemingly able to put that stuff behind him and play well for the team.

I'm hoping the ruck will loosen up as the season progresses. When that happens he just needs the ball in his hands and room to move.

One of my favorite players. Was stoked when we got him last year. Lotta people didn't think he had a very good year, I'm not one of them. I thought he was great. He's an excitement machine and so strong how he bust out of tackles. Freakishly fast and a phenomenal finisher.
