Jarryd Hayne admits Billy Slater is NRL's number 1 custodian

Parramatta pin-up Jarryd Hayne last night admitted his nemesis Billy Slater was better than him - and Eels coach Stephen Kearney put up the white flag on plans to combat the Storm superstar.
Hayne and Slater will face off for the first time on Sunday since they were involved in an ugly head-butting incident last year.

While much of the hype will centre on Eels coach Kearney returning to take on one-time master Craig Bellamy, the real focus will be on the No. 1s. Slater was almost unstoppable against the Bulldogs on Monday.

Is there a new strategy from NSW teams to talk up their opponents to try and make them falsely secure? Stuart saying he's happy with 1 win in Origin this year. Hayne saying Slater's better than him. NSW bitching about our unbeatable team of "ring ins"...

Hayne just wanted his name in the paper.

Can't wait until he stuffs up & Slater gets the ball & runs over the top of him to score.

Oh wait, Hayne will get a 'injury' & will be getting medical attention, so it won't be his fault.

I reckon that was all just a set up. Hayne was upset that Billy won the first 2 seasons of Australias Greatest Athlete, so Hayne wanted to show he could swim too.
