to be fair joey leilua is a weapon.

At that time though Leilua was a fringe first grader wasn't he?

If the Roosters managed to sign SBW, James Maloney, Luke O'Donnell, Michael Jennings, and Sam Moa in a single off-season for Braith Anasta and Joey Leilua, we can sign Foran and Bird for Hunt!

O'Donnell was well past it and Jennings was getting 75% of his pay packet from the panthers. Sam Moa was a complete unknown when he was signed as well

Leilua was rubbish.

Very inconsistent. Showed flashes of brilliance, but rarely backed it up with more brilliance. He would follow that up with a moment of stupidity. His attitude was just as bad.

He has been a lot better since joining the Raiders, but back then, he was just a waste of talent.
