Ladder Prediction

Depending on how ASADA goes the Sharks still have a good side and I would be surprised if they missed the finals this year. Off-field crisis goes a long way to uniting and forming strong bonds between teammates and Cronulla used that to their advantage last year just like the Bulldogs did in 2004.

Won't do full ladder but top4

1. Manly
2. Roosters
3. Broncos
4. Sharks

Tigers will make the 8 as will the Panthers, Rabbitohs will just miss out as will the knights.

Cult3 did really well. 7/8 on the top 8. Assuming it doesn't change next week.

Unbreakable had a pretty good top too... but most had pretty high expectations of Cronulla though, why? :

Same squad that went to the finals last year under Flanagan, essentially. They'd be higher if their injury list wasn't so comprehensive.

They were one of the better teams in 2013 and only looked stronger heading into 2014. It was always going to be a question of how much of an impact ASADA was going to have and whether they could resolve the matter swiftly. As it turns out, it took them the entire season to basically stamp it out.

Also, that was prior to the injuries. I reckon if you asked people their thoughts after the 9s, the opinion of teams like the Knights and Sharks would have dropped considerably.
