A good one is to sit in a computer chair and put your foot out in front of you and bring your body towards your foot, so you bend your knee kind of involuntarily to get the movement going. I sit on the couch and double up the poufs or whatever you call those things you put your feet on, put my heel on it and let my leg go limp, so it kind of straightens out my leg and stretches the posterior chain a bit.
