If Ezra's team is smart they'll take any up front lump sum offered......quickly.Having just watched the new interview with the mum, I actually thought she was being quite reasonable.
She stated that her daughter is recovering well however, will see a surgeon in two weeks. Without knowing the full details, I'm going to assume that is probably just precautionary to ensure that the fracture is healing well and hopefully, won't impair her in the long term. She also said that she is relevaed that Ezra has finally been charged.
They did mention that the family has engaged their own legal representation which is understandable given the circunstances. If Ezra's legal team are smart, once the hearing in December is over, they should try and solve this privately before it ever sees the inside of a civil court - and if financial compensation is paid, have the family sign an NDA.
He hasn't got a leg to stand on.
Investigating/crucifying injured parties as witnesses..... won't end well for Ezra
or the Broncos.
