Hence it`s better to settle quickly .
The longer it goes the more the lawyers will cost .The more media can milk the outrage . Pay up . Put it behind and look to the future .
Having it go on could be a distraction .

Broncos sent a team to Bali to bail D Fifita out of the shit remember ?
Their brand image matters .
There is NO case to settle from Ezra's or the Broncos' perspective and never will be. Please move on from this idea. I'm guessing Madge would like Ezra to reach out to those injured purely from 'it's the right thing to do' perspective. That said, communication between at fault drivers and injured parties is also not normally a thing due to privacy laws. The media might be a matchmaker in this case if parties agree. And again, if they do manage a fuzzy redemption story with Ezra and the little girl in matching jerseys, the injured people still have the right to continue to seek compensation but this will have NOTHING to do with Ezra or the Broncos.

“We will need to connect with everyone who has been involved in that accident.”
Well why is Madge saying we need to talk to the parties involved ?

Brand image means a lot to the Broncos and their sponsors .

If you think this will all be managed at arms length by insurance companies ,I think you are wrong .

I suggest there will be a warm and fuzzy ending to this saga .

Compensation will absolutely be managed at arms length. That's how the CTP scheme works. If the Broncos decide to give the parties a signed jersey and a tour of the facilities for PR purposes, that is probably a nice idea but any suggestion that they offer cash for this to go away would be just dumb. The CTP scheme has the funds available to fairly compensate injured parties out of court or via a court judgement if the cases make it that far. The latter is statistically very unlikely and again, this would be managed entirely through the relevant insurance company.

Lot of pearl clutchers on Reddit upset about us not firing Mam. They can eat my asshole.
lol reddit is a joke. They just want their club to pick him up on the cheap. They don't care about anyone involved or the damage it has done. It's fake outrage

Look at how JAC immediately gets picked up by the eels. They should be crying about the NRL not intervening if anything.

That’s what I keep saying to the dead shits at my work. I’d be ok with sacking him if the nrl is going to suspend him for a long period. Because if we sack him tomorrow then he is probably a Dolphins player by the end of the month.

I haven't watched it and don't plan to ...

But the reason Mam survived the sack and JAC didn't makes total sense.

JAC lied to the club, making Gould look like a fool publicly ... That's why he got fired, pretty much had nothing to do with the failed drug test.
Also dogs wanting that sweet sweet cap space back.

It would be typical Sydney clickbait... rorters sacking Jnik for drugs, but recruiting Bsmith after his white powder situation =/= hypocrisy in Sydney.

True. But he's also injury prone, ageing and in general heavily declining in value. He is a shadow of the player he was at the storm. I'd argue it was a benefit to get him off their books. Was probably overpaid.

Would have turned a few Bulldogs heads when Hammer beat him in length of the field at Kayo just before the white powder.

Gould jumped the gun, because he thought he would beat Buzz etc & thought Buzz would be making a big story about it.

Also it wasn't JAC's first time being in trouble, some we know about some we don't.
