CROSS FORUM NRL 2022 Round 14 Discussion

Manly had won their past three against Wests and played well without Turbo and Chez the week prior. It also felt like a deja vu game since they play an afternoon game about five weeks back.

Reece Walsh is basically a more glorified version of Tesi at the moment. And right now, I’d take Tesi. Walsh needs to get out of that club for his own sake.

Brent Naden facing 4-5 weeks for a dangerous throw

also Crawley reporting that the Storm are planning to challenge Kaufusi's fine at the judiciary. he risks the fine being raised to $2500 if found guilty

A fucking fine for that? That's a joke. Another one for the list. We should really be hitting up the Walker brothers and pointing out what an awful job the Roosters are doing at protecting their nephew.

Speaking of the list though, I didn't see much league on the weekend beyond the Broncos game, but I caught most of the Knights Panthers game yesterday. I know I bitch about it a lot, but FMD the Panthers get some insane calls. It just furthered my belief that they are being monitored completely different to their opposition. The cheapest of leg-up penalties on exit sets, and zero scrutiny on their potential foul play while the opposition gets chastised for the tiniest things. I don't think you'd be able to turn around 42-6 obviously, but the Knights were never given the opportunity to compete.

That's a rubbish call.

Waddel goes to tackle Lane and realizes his ****-up and milks it. But he made the decision to tackle Lane.

Oh that was lovely from Burton.

Chips over to the top to a flying Addo-Carr. I love it when halves do that. It's a skill that's starting to come back. With wingers jamming in a lot these days, it's a skill that should be used more often.

should open up the middle a bit to having the dline spread

The Bulldogs have turned up to play.

Seems as though Fox being snubbed has pissed him off and he wants to prove a point.

Tevita is trying to put Eels forwards off their game.

That was a shit pass.

Just relax Bulldogs. Don't throw unnecessary passes.

RCG should have dummied and kept running.

That's a ridiculous penalty.

How's about penalizing the Eels player for stepping off the mark?
