I can see the Tigers turning up today and pushing the Cows but in true Cowboys fashion, they'll win it in the 79th minute with a hail mary play. Like they did to Manly a few weeks ago

That wouldn't be too bad. Keeps their points differential low and demoralises the Tigers for next week

What is the rule there though? At what point can the defence advance?
 
If there's nothing in this tackle then Flannigan should be penalised for interfering with the defenders trying to complete a tackle
