I don't think it's 'loading' anymore, but I recall it being
first offence = x
second offence = y
third offence = z

Although in saying that JWH is up to AAA for the amount of fines he's picked up this year

he'll claim that he didn't throw the Eels player into the ground, he drove him into the ground ... so how could he be charged with a dangerous "throw"
