For those that didn't hear it, his surgery has been delayed by 3 months because of a blood clot that started in his calf and moved to his lung. Poor bastard

Not sure of what happened there but theres a very high likelihood that that is SHOCKING management from the medical team on the flight. If he is immobile due to an injury with large amounts of swelling in the leg, calf compressors and/or anti coagulants should be standard procedure for a professional sporting organisation. And they hugely decrease the risk of this happening, hugely
