You're given an exemption to use him not to use him only at fullback. The Broncos can name Kane Bradley at 6 if they want this week or Riki on the wing.

There's no excuse here. Latrell Siegwalt has been named in reserves and is eligible. Unless one of those development players were released and Dufty was upgraded he should not be permitted to play.
