The Cows getting up hard on the edges is frustrating the Eels badly, they need to try something different to counter it
 
@JayPee I'd be interested to know Cowboys fans position on Payten.

he's now into his 6th season.

IMO he's had one excellent season
a decent season
and quite a few failures. he misses the finals every second year.

so what is the consensus of Cowboys fans. should he be offered a new deal, or should the Cowboys move in a different direction?

Most would say no. It probably depends on this year whether he actually gets one. I would say no at this stage personally. The defence has to get better. I dont think it is on him for the most part because the personnel strength is without the ball. Not many known strong defenders. But he is the coach. It falls on him to teach it better and get a system that is good enough
 
The **** was Mahoney trying to do on that play... just get it to Drinky or Clifford you idiot
 
That was horrible from Drinkwater.

Went up with the line like 1 off the ruck and then just stays in the line... zero awareness or intent to keep covering behind the line.

Drinkwater is literally the cows player that is furthest down the field... you're the ****ing fullback mate!!
 
I guess you can kick it if you **** the play. Caught it on the inside off a sweep play.
