If you can suck the 2 of the backrower, half, centre or winger into the backrow run, then a middle has to rotate around to the edge and the half doubling up should always be good enough to get out side them and create the overlap

That's legal in the current rules... just keep your eyes on the ball and your hands below theirs and you're sweet... dogs players were basically shoulder charging into Jenkins and co on Thursday and it was all legal because 'contest'

If you look at them wrong though... you're absolutely ****ed.
