I just hate the fcuker’s relentless defense of the guy who in my view is just a younger show pony version of Nikorima. Just couple of trick plays or harbor bridge passes but no game management at all. Wonder what these “gurus” see in him?

The TAB put a special for in venue on the app every thursday afternoon for usually one of the faves in either the afl game or the nrl game. They chose to boost the cowboys to $3 today. Its only a $10 max. Alot of times it loses. They arent dumb. If you bet the other side every time I reckon you would be up a decent amount.

They usually have one for one of the friday games too. I usually bet both sides. Guarnteed proft. Mrs account gets in on the act too lol
 
That bullshit offside by the bunker stopped all momentum we had. We would have won if it wasnt for that. Thats the excuse I have learned from here and I am going to use it... 5 in a row. Forget the scoreboard. Doesnt count. Robbed.

Cowboys, they were absolutely horrific, why didn't we get that version of them?

Every team in the NRL beats them last night, every single one of them.

As for Turbo, do Manly look to cut ties whenever that next contract comes around? It seems like he starts the season strong, consistently, gets injured and then fights for the rest of the year to be fit. It's a Kalyn Ponga situation but probably worse.

I take this promo, ideally you want the boosted team to score first, so you can get on the other team at their inflated price.

I think you'd be up whatever way you go, they do win quite often but yes they're not stupid either. They know what they are doing but even they get it wrong. Their horse racing boosted runners are usually a fantastic bet.

Yeah, same. I got $2.35 for Manly about half hour before the game started. Cows had definitely drifted but were still favourites.

Was it a TAB special maybe? That stuff pops up on my feed all the time for AFL and NRL.

I’ve never seen such a deluded thing as a footy fan going to an opposition fan forum and ridiculing them for being biased.
 
Ummmm......so......I didn't watch the game, I'm guessing the Cowboys played their GF against us last week........or did the officials decide to fark them this week?
 
Classic Payten Cowboys. They have a good month of football in them and then they turn into pumpkins. It's just a matter of whether they can reverse it in time or if the hits stack up during Origin time.

Payten's gameplan is to play maximum speed all the time, it's tough to maintain over the longer term.
 
I think people may have also been overhyping the Cows a bit too. In that 4-win run, they got gimmies in Titans and Dragons that even with wins were pretty ordinary performances, hit fire for 15 mins vs the Storm to win, and played us without key players in what wasn't even imo an amazing performance.

You take the wins obviously, but they were never close to a top 4 team and that performance last night is what you can get from basically teams 5-17 in the comp.
