I did like the Laphraoigh Quarter Cask, I'm not that much of a smokey person normally though.

I might give Old Pulteney a try if I can find some tomorrow as I just finished the Aberlour.

I'm about to open up a Kavalan Fino Sherry Cask. Old Pulteney is not smoky, I like it.

Warriors should have won by more. They dominated the ruck and gave the Dolphins little to work with. A few errors and penalties (although the 'hip drop' on DWZ was embarrassing) kept the Dolphins in it but even then the Warriors handled everything comfortably.

Felt like the Phins didn't have a Plan B and struggled to move the ball effectively. It was a credit to their effort that they were still in the game until the dying seconds but they were clearly outplayed.

Thought Lewis Symonds was strong on debut in defence, only got 20 minutes but solid debut.

From that 2024 Qld team Purdue, Symonds and Bukowski have now played NRL.
