Daniel Tupou and Kotoni Staggs have been selected by Tonga, they'll need to make a decision on who they represent if NSW also select them

Simple excuse to pick the Fox then really.

Rumour is Tupou will be choosing Tonga over NSW. I'd love for Staggs to do the same.

So what’s Staggs family background exactly? I thought he was also one of the Broncos pin up boys for indigenous round.

What's the go with Walsh? Do people actually rate him?

Just seen another mention of him leaving being a bad thing? Average at best on a good day.

I think the feeling is that he has stagnated there. He doesn’t seem the sharpest tool in the shed and doesn’t seem like a kid who is going to put in in a poor team. He’s checked out and that’s a worry for whoever signs him.

Don’t rate him at all. IMO he is average with a really piss poor attitude. People just lose there minds over the flashy things he does occasionally and the media push this by talking him up so he is ‘another one that got away” from us.

He's a terrific talent imo.. has all the ingredients to be a great player at NRL level, just needs the right environment and a bit of maturity.

I reckon he's got some real class...moves across the ground differently to your average NRL player. Considering what we backed (Isucko) instead of Walsh.....I still consider it an opportunity missed for Brisbane.

He's been spoken about in SOO terms for a good reason........for him to get noticed in his current environment, is a refelction on his raw talent.

The problem right now for him is...he's playing for an absolute basket case of a club, that are capitulating daily. Those advising him a couple years back were terribly short sighted....I smell a greedy, dickhead parent in there..... in much the same way as Ponga's old man is.

Inside Walsh is an absolute gun ready to explode unfortunately he's destined to fire blanks as long as he is playing for the NZ Worriers. he is dangerously close to throwing away a career that was destined to see him be a huge star.

Another season of this mediocrity and his whole mindset could be ruined as far as 'footy smarts' are concerned. He's learning bat habit after bad habit and the longer he's immersed in that shithouse environment the more likely he is to bomb the rest of his playing and spend the rest of his days thinking 'If only I had listened to Kevvie'.

The pressure he must be experiencing of being "the" player in the team the most chance of winning the game for us.....at his young age, can't be good.

The best thing he could do would be to get the **** out of there ASAP......

He should sign up with WB if we're not interested anymore....

that was the choice he made when he decided to forgo development for money, especially when the team offering him the big pay cheque is one of the NRL's biggest perennial underachievers (with a proven failure as head coach)

Yep, anyone who cares about their career wouldn't run off to be coached by Brown. The ultimate of ultimate dud coaches.

Got all the talent you could ask for but his attitude is shit.

It will hold him back.

So true.......Nathan Brown should have been a huge red flag? The worst coach in NRL history(?)

You have to assume he was being advised by somebody.....what was he, 17yr at the time?

If it was a "manager" **** the **** off ASAP.....

Maybe it was "Dad" who was keen for his kid to start providing for the entire family as quickly as possible. (?)
