A growing trend in the game is the first chaser on the bomb having no intention of catching the footy.
They jump early and make a half arsed attempt to look like they're playing the ball when the only intention is to bump the defensive catcher and cause a drop.

I remember the picture. It's a picture of him with a Queensland jersey photoshopped onto him.
The NSW Police Force Facebook page posted it. I think it was meant in the spirit of good fun. I don't believe for a second that cops south of the border really think Cecchin is biased or crooked.

The 2017 Origin series was batshit crazy. Remember the articles that it was part of a plan for JT to kick a winning goal from the sideline or how Jarryd Hayne meant to NOT pass to Morris with the line wide open.
It was all a conspiracy to get the series to a decider. Everyone's in on it!
