NRL Pre-Season Trials Discussion

Another roll ball called others missed. It's the consistency that concerns me.

Jett Cleary doesn't have much of a chin... did Ivan transplant it over to Nathan (Highlander style "there can be only one!!!") or is he adopted/milkman 🤔🤔

That was a real good hit that one. Reminds me of the efforts Gilly would make.

It's nice seeing another team lose a short linedropout badly for a change

WTF Sharks could have won that with an easy field goal.

Do you really kick goals to win games in trials, tho? Poor fella would have been lampooned all week
I know it's only a trial but they were down 12-6 so to turn it around to 13-12 win would be something.
Not that it's the end of the world.

Is that the Raiders playing or the Bulldogs? can't tell with that jersey...

Yeah what was with that jersey? I was legit half paying attention and didn’t realise it was the Raiders until half time and saw the logos.

Pattie was good! @Big Pete
It's always nice to score a double when you're auditioning. I thought he showed good initiative early with that kick out from dummy half. It wasn't the perfect game by any means, but that try right after half-time was big and if he can make that a habit it'll go a long way to fixing the Raiders woes.

My favourite play out of dummy half actually belonged to Cook right after the Pattie try. He read the numbers, bought them some space and Waitere did well to link up with Stuart. It didn't directly result in the try, but it did give Cook the field position he needed to thread the grubber through and extend the Raiders lead.
