Not liking the plans with the Maori ... it's like Kodi is playing 7 in the middle of the field and Ponga is floating both sides, but they're not getting much from CNK or Kini at 6 and Kodi isn't playing wide enough on the right.
Kodi had X on the edge for a couple good ball sets there ... could definitely line him up for a short ball, because it's looking like X is running a nice line with intent

Until he got stepped by his opposite second rower, which led to a quick ptb and Mitchell's try... lateral defence would be the concern with X out on the edge

Yeah he's getting found out in the backrow but looked fantastic in the middle.

Yeah he's looked great so far... it's a good sign that he's coming out with intent.
He had a similar game last year and there were concerns about vultures coming after him in a contract year, but he's not looked like slowing down after re-signing with the broncos, which is a great sign
