So Lenui goes to the bin for high contact on Crossland and has to do a headbin at the same time because of head on head contact.
He showed zero sign of a head knock, neither did Crossland but Crossland doesn't get a mandatory HIA.
WTF, crickets from Smith and Kev.

WTF is going on here. Penalty try to Crossland when Saifiti was taken out and Crossland comes from well behind him and is not touched by anyone.
That is possibly top 10 worst calls of all time
