Joseph-Aukuso Suaalii (Roosters)Grade 1 Dangerous Contact1st Offence12pm Tuesday$1000-$1500 fine

Meanwhile, Luke Keary and Joseph Suaalii will escape with fines with early pleas stemming from seperate first half incidents.

Suaalii was also charged with dangerous contact after raising his knee as he was about to be tackled by Wayde Egan. Suaalii’s knee hit Egan in the face and cut the hooker, drawing blood which caused Egan to be bandaged up.

Suaalii has been suspended for a similar incident in the past, copping a three-match ban for raising his knee and collecting Bulldogs rake Reed Mahoney and knocking him out of the game.

“There’s that contact I mentioned and that lunging action. It’s been a problem with Suaalii in the past,” Fox League’s Warren Smith said.

Even though Suaalii was suspended for a raised knee last year, the charge sheet on Monday had yesterday’s incident as a first offence.

However, due to a rule change, Grade One charges are scrubbed after 10 club games, Grade Two charges are scrubbed after 20 club games and Grade Three charges are scrubbed after one calender year.

How the **** does he keep getting Grade 1's ... he's been warned how many times and how many times has he done it.

So much for the NRL being hard on head contact... old mate is running around throwing his knees into contact when someone goes low, keeps collecting blokes in the head and then cops a fine that Uncle Nick will probably pay... fucking joke
