NRL Round 17 Discussion

I blame the ref for that sin bin. For 30 minutes the Storm have been getting away with murder in the ruck, and because they were behind on the scoreboard the ref let them. Of course they would keep up that shit, thinking they'll keep getting away with it.
 
Here's a question.

when was the last time not a single team from the previous season's top 4 made the finals the next season.

because as it stands neither us, Raiders, Storm or Bulldogs will make the finals this season

1992.

In 2010, none of the prelim finalists qualified for the finals (Storm, Eels, Broncos, Bulldogs).
 
At least the Riff and Storm lost. But wow the riff get a different whistle to the rest of the comp
 
The Raiders sucking is fun. They haven't really been hammered with injuries but look a terrible side..
 
How the referee didn't pull that up instantly is beyond me. Clearly forward.

Edit: And thr bunker doesn't even pull it up?! That's the worst call of the year so far for me.
 
Turuva dives looking for a penalty and is sent for a HIA... Tigers will now finish the game with their winger on the bench... exactly how it should be if they actually want to kill off diving
