It isnt. If you get it back once out of 5 its worth more than 20m at most. You have to do it. Its such a big play. Practice it.

I'll phrase this another way then. Every team should be practicing it because it IS a big play and solid advantage. However, if the other team keeps getting it back because they're just better at it than you, kick it long and keep practicing.
