Interesting situation in the Knights vs Dragons game with Davison using the padding on the post to maintain possession of the ball and then plants it down.. I don't think I've ever seen anything like it.

That's got to be a knock on, surely? The posts/pads can't disappear, but that was an excessive amount of time she really didn't have control of the ball at all - and she loses her grip completely at some point, that would have been where I'd call the knock on I think.

That has been called a knock-on (similar to how if they'd do the same against an opposition player) in every situation I've seen. EXPECT one bizarre one maybe 5-10 years ago, the details of which I can't remember but they didn't, like, roll the ball down the post but did effectively knock-on and the post was the only thing stopping the ball coming out.
