I can understand Cordner just wanting to play footy, but he really needs to take a step back and think about the long term repercussions if he's to play on and gets a few more head knocks.

I hope there's people close to him having a strong word.

I actually like Cordner, he seems like a good bloke and I always enjoyed watching him play. Guys who play as hard as he does will often start to fall apart (whether through concussions or other injuries) a bit if they don't adjust. I reckon Brandon Smith could go down a similar path.
