I think with the lack of players NSW has picked up front we can picked Taylor who is better out wide and in the back row over Lillyman who is a up the middle defensive prop and comfortably get away with it. No other changes necessary except the forced Tonga for Inglis swap. QLD by plenty.

Agreed with that side Brizz, how did GI play today btw?

NSW are gonna have to put in a massive effort to match our forwards. We have the 3 best props in the competition at the moment, all of them are miles ahead of anyone else.

He was solid today without standing out. The Storm really know his game and gave him no room but he seemed to have a good hit out and didn't look like he was feeling the effects of the hip injury.

Lillyman was ordinary in game 1, Taylor being 18th man was a proverbial kick up the arse to let him know he needs to step it up a gear. It looks like he has done that so it only makes sense that Lillyman drops off for him IMO.

Oh and it's not going to be a thrashing as everyone else seems to be predicting IMO. NSW will be hungry after managing to get close to us in game one, and considering it's in their territory this time, it will be all the more difficult.

Our team is superior, but never take that as a sign that we will certainly win. Thinking like that is extremely naive in origin.

Correct on both accounts Scotty. I think they always planned to get Taylor back in there for game 2 they just wanted to see how he responded to getting dropped - and it proved a masterstroke imo, he's looking enthused on the paddock and is trying to step his game up.

Our team is superior, but never take that as a sign that we will certainly win. Thinking like that is extremely naive in origin.

Exactly. How many times have the underdogs, especially QLD, beaten what would appear a superior team on paper. 1995 is probably the best example of this.

Darius Boyd drops back to the bench.
And Corey Parker to starting prop.
We'll drop Petero Civoniceva though and replace him on the bench with Michael Luck.
